The HM Partnership brings together a range of initiatives, projects and organisations which work to give a voice to individuals and families, and to realise their potential.
The HM Partnership provides help and support to people with learning disabilities; those with needs arising from age, disability or who experience disadvantage. Our aim is to improve the health and wellbeing of those that we support, providing opportunities in services and communities.
These initiatives and projects include partnerships with providers to enable access to a range of inclusive sporting and related activities which bring about positive changes to the lives of disabled people, many with complex needs; not just through enhancing their physical health but also providing opportunities for wider engagement, building confidence, developing skills, friendships, self-esteem and can lead to valued roles in their community.
